You spend a lot of time and money on a nice smile. And when you trust the person who you’re giving your time and your money to, it’s a lot easier. It’s a breath of fresh air because you’re nervous and you’re scared but he’s done it a thousand times. And when you trust somebody to do a job and they do it well, it’s awesome.

They don’t just give you care, they’re always getting more information and always getting educated. I’ve been a person here for a long time. I’ve been one of their customers for a long time. I’ve had a lot of problems with my mouth. They go to schools and they learn different things. They fixed it. And so when they do the continuous education and they bring me in to have a better smile, it’s awesome.

So I lost teeth and waited because I was scared and had anxiety. And I was so grateful to come in here because I wasn’t ashamed. And they just dove in, made me feel comfortable and took care of my problems. You’re worth it. Your care is worth it. And they don’t care. They just wanna help you.

I had to really think about where I wanted to go, because I’ve had other dental work done. So to be real honest with you, I prayed about it. I prayed about it and I got a really good feeling about these people, came in, and fell in love. They made me feel very comfortable, really worked with me because I did have concerns. They work with you. They help you in every way they can. I’m very, very happy I chose Chris Mueller. They check on you. They make sure I understand everything that’s going on. If there’s anybody out there looking for a dentist and they can relate to how I was feeling, I was embarrassed, I didn’t know who to go to, I was concerned, please come and try out Chris Mueller and his staff. The issues I faced every day at the very beginning of my journey, I couldn’t eat anything cold, I couldn’t eat anything hot, I couldn’t eat anything crunchy. I got big chunks of food stuck up in broken teeth. I never wanted to smile. Every time I smiled I’d put my hand over my mouth and, yeah, okay. I was totally uncomfortable with my teeth and my mouth.

I came in first hoping to get started with the process when I was pregnant and they explained that we couldn’t push forward with it yet because I was pregnant, but they gave me a breakdown of everything that would happen. My options from regular dentures to clip-ins to these. Explained the whole process and I came back after the pregnancy was finished and went over everything all over again, and explained it again to me and the benefits to maybe keeping some teeth that I had that was possible or if I wanted to just get rid of them, if I wanted to have dentures I took out. They just explained everything for me.

I decided the best thing for me would be to have a set that doesn’t come in and out. I’m still kind of young, I don’t want to take my teeth out in front of my husband at night. They had me pick out different pictures, go through celebrity pictures, and pick different smiles that I liked. And then we came through and we went through and picked the one I wanted and they sent that one off, a couple of different ones and sent those off and they let me pick which color I wanted. And then if I didn’t like it with my next set of healings, they were willing to change the color and go darker or brighter or whichever direction I wanted to where I ended up with the exact color, the exact shape, and everything from my picture to what I picked and everything. It all just came together.

The difference between before and now and living with a smile, I smile all the time, I laugh all the time. I have people every single day that tell me, “Wow, your teeth are amazing,” and I kind of chuckle and, “Thank you,” you know.

The confidence level is completely different. I was like a shell of who I am now. Get out and I talk to people, I meet new people now instead of hiding away. It’s been a great journey.

If you’re thinking about it, it’s worth every single penny you’re going to put into it. It helps in everyday life, it helps in the confidence levels, just it boosts morality. People around you seem to be happier when you’re around because the smile’s better and it makes other people smile. It’s worth it. It’s 100% worth it.

I know my bite was off and I didn’t use a mouthpiece at night. And so I ground my teeth down pretty low. They did look good. And I mean, I can persevere with anything. You know, you don’t really think about it. And teeth can creep up on you as the condition gets worse and you don’t realize it.

But like I said, I was working one day and it was raining and I billed my hat down and I walked around behind my back hole and I bumped right into my bucket and broke one off in half. And so I knew I needed a crown or that tooth repaired. And it’s pretty unsightly. And so I came to this place. I don’t even think I was referred. It was just close to my office. And it was my lucky day. Two implants and crowned the front upper and bottom.

And it’s not an easy process. You can’t come in here and say, “Well, we’re going to get it fixed here in a couple of weeks.” No, that doesn’t happen. It was a process that you went through. I think they did the very best they could with what they had to work with. And it can’t be done overnight. It can’t be done… You know, I think it was almost a year process to get everything done, but they’re great.

I would refer anybody to this dental office. They’re wonderful. I would send my family here. I would send my friends here. And I’m sure that, you know, a high majority of people are extremely happy. This is the place, you know, that I’d want to go and I’d send my friends and anybody I would refer to. I’d be happy to tell them to come here.

I come here because it feels like a family. They’re warm, the people always smile, they always greet you with your first name, even if you don’t remember theirs. This practice is set apart from the other practices I’ve been through in my life because they remember things about my everyday life that most people don’t listen to. They hear me when I say I have an issue with something, and they do everything they can to fix it.

Dr. Chris Mueller is very friendly. He shares different aspects of his personal life with you to make you feel more comfortable. If you have a question, he has no problem answering it, an issue, he’ll fix it, no problem.

I would say the quality of care here is above and beyond. Above and beyond. I have had moments where I wasn’t comfortable, and they took it to that extra step and offered me a warm blanket or a pillow or something just to calm me down and make me feel more comfortable.

Their quality of care not treating me like a number is amazing because you feel like you can walk in the door and get a drink or open up your phone and look through it and nobody’s gonna judge you. You’re not judged in any way. They let me know that it was okay, that my past didn’t hold anything against me now. I am the person I want to be in the future, not who I was then.

This office has taken care of me in a way that I didn’t think any dentist’s office would. I’ve been to ones that took state insurance. I’ve been to ones that didn’t take my insurance. And they didn’t worry about any of that. They worried about me and how I felt and my comfortableness, and making sure I was happy when I walked out the door every single time. And in most places, you’re not gonna get that from.

I’m old, so I’ve been to a lot of dentists and have had a lot of work done. It started out when I was a little kid, then I was a naval officer and I had a lot of dental work that was free there, and I came out and they even gave free dental to GIs that had gotten out. So attending a lot of dentists, this is the best one I’ve been to.

I can honestly say going to the dentist is not that much fun, but they really make it nice here. I look forward to coming here. The staff’s fine. And his staff are head and shoulders above everybody I’ve been to, and I won’t stop coming here.

You’re cognizant of your teeth all the time and they’re the point of your health. I mean, if you’ve got good teeth, you know, everything’s going to be good going in. But working in your mouth, it’s not going to be all that pleasant, but for the amount of pain or anxiety anybody faces, the results outweigh any problem that you should have about being fearful coming in here.

I feel very, very confident that every time I come here I leave and my teeth are, you know, where they should be or in a little better condition or a lot better condition. And it’s just a place I refer to my friends. You know, I know a lot of people, all these ads and marketing employees, they shop around and they see ads and things. Well, that’s not the case here. It is the very best. And I know it because of the experiences I’ve had.
