I think what sets us apart is the fact that you’re going to be with the same set of practitioners, providers, team members every time. Other clinics, offices have a rotating staff sometimes. We tend to have staff that stay. Eighteen years is our record.
So when you come, when you make your phone call, you’re gonna talk to the person that you talked on the phone. You’re going to see the hygienist that you see every time. We’ve honed our skillset such that we can provide you a consistent level of service. And we’re going to provide that every time. We strive to be on time. We strive to respect your time and provide you an experience that’s, hopefully, going to make you feel better than when you arrived.
We make all of our interactions with our guests as if they were our family members. And then we try to do that as same with every point of interaction during your visit.
I think the reason why someone would want to come that hasn’t been to the dentist for a while and may be somewhat nervous about coming is we don’t operate like a clinic that has a very tight schedule. We set aside large pocket time for your initial appointment. There’s no pressure.
Since we do that, we focus a lot on more comprehensive cases. So recognizing that we take the time to set the stage. We let you be involved in the discussions and not just be a receiver of our wisdom. It takes a lot of this pressure off. You can relax. And then I block time out of my schedule to focus just on you. And because of that, we can set a lot of people at ease.
And then our systems allow us to focus during the procedures. We try not to have to get up a lot. We’re also very good at what we do, so make people comfortable. And the whole experience usually ends up with a result where they’re not as nervous to come anymore. They may not need as much medications or techniques for relaxation that they did at the beginning, and that’s what we consider success.
